Directions For Use
- Mix 145g (approximately four and a half level 60ml measures) with 400ml water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender.
- Daily serving: Take one serving mid morning between meals and one serving after your workout. On non training days take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals. Do not exceed the stated dose.

As a guy who struggled in my first year of consistent weight training to gain I have now done 2 bags of this stuff... 3 scoops twice a day, I have gained approx 4kg in 3 months... you do lose a little when you come off this, possibly down to creatine and water retention but all in all definitely the best product I have used. I had the chocolate with water and tastes as good as any competitors

Good gains however this is possibly the worst tasting all in one I have ever tried. Bought banoffee and chocolate. Choc is ok, banoffee is truly horrendous. Serving size is far to big for amount of water, even halved it is impossible to get this stuff lump free without a blender. Have resorted to nose holding to get it down!!
Pack size is good however will revert to usn muscle fuel; similar price and gains but far easier to swallow!!

taste not good and as for 4 half scoops 3 is about rite as its thick . choc is drink able have not tried the others but it dose what its ment to do so .
i will be buying it again pitty they dont do it in banana would be nice

An absolutely superb supplement, I moved over to Reflex from Maximuscle a couple of months ago and I am thoroughly impressed.
First thing is this: with ALL Reflex supplements they use the very best ingredients and they don't cut corners with cheap ingredients to lower the price.
One Stop Xtreme is unbeatable for an all-in-one drink. It contains everything to increase mass and muscle mass. Just take a read of the ingredients and you will see it is perfect for the goals I am trying to achieve. It also means you don't have to be taking 2-4 different supplements at once, very very convenient.
I have been taking this for nearly a month now and I was noticing a difference in the size of my muscles within 2 weeks.
Taste is fine, I have only tried the chocolate so far and you can never go wrong with chocolate!
Can't recommend this highly enough. Top marks.

I chose Strawberry flavour and am happy with that choice. I don't choose these powders for their flavour, they just need to be easy to chug and this does fine. At the recommended serving size though, you will get a VERY thick shake. You may need to mix much more water and a bigger shaker bottle. I recommend the Blender Bottle with the Whisk/Blender Ball to break those chunks up. The sieves just don't cut it.
I use it only as a post-workout drink or rare meal replacement and seems to work just fine that way. So it's a good supplement choice for those going natural as far as possible. With this large bag, it will keep you supplied for quite a while.
