does the job if you can bare the taste

Once again a superb product from reflex, dont get me wrong all their products are top quality and ive neva had any complaints from using them throughout the years.
One stop is no acception, it does what it says and results can be reaped within a matter of weeks providing your diet&training is bang on.
However the taste is to be desired somewhat, i bought choc mint and compared to instant whey there is a day and night diffrence in taste, If you can look past this and guzzle it down you will not be disappointed with the results!

Having tried a few products over the years I have found this one to be the most effective. Mixes well, taste is good and definately seeing good gains. Would definately recommend.

Thats what a chocolate shake should be like. No matter how hard My Protein tries, it has miles before it can catch up. The sweetness is perfect for the serving although Reflex should move onto Stevia or even saccharin as Acesulfame K is not a 'healthy' sweetner. Nor is sucralose.

As shakes go gives you pretty much everything you require..reflex quality always good and Dolphin just about the cheapest place to buy it!

I purchased this because I had been on a gym plan for around 6 months with steady gains on Pharma Whey. I wanted to be able to improve my strength and physical looks at the same time so went for the one stop.
Firstly you have to take 3 scoops, twice a day - meaning that this lasts around 2 and a half weeks per tub. So expensive if you're half hearted and don't hit the gym every day.
I use a blender with fruit in the mornings as the taste of partially cold water and the powder makes me want to die, so a blender, 1 x banana and some ice makes it chilled and smooth.
On it's own the taste is grainy if hand shaken, however considering what's in this tub it isn't too bad.
I've been doing just over 2 weeks now and I've seen a small change physically however my strength and stamina has soared. Bearing mind i'm 5ft 11" & only 74kg i'm lifting and performing better than I should for my size. I can't wait to see the results after the 2 tubs, however I'm not sure I can afford over £700 a year on this stuff!

Great tasting stuff. Seen benefits in that it is filling me up for longer. First time using a supplement and so far so good.
