Taste is not too bad, a bit too sweet for my pallet however I dilute half a bottle with water which makes it fine. Plus it lasts longer!
A convenient source of protein especially when working out.

Had gone off of protein water after trying my protein brand but decided while on offer to try these for during a game of football. Must say i was really surprised. Ok they are a little sweet but the orange burst is a good flavour & certainly kept me hydrated & refreshed during the game.
