Returns / Refurbished Products
The terms "mail order returns" or "reconditioned" are all used to described goods which have been returned within a short period of purchase.
Products may be returned for a variety of reasons, however to ensure that you receive still receive the highest quality product when purchasing such goods a quality control check is carried out by ourselves or the manufacturer. All products are checked against the parts list, any missing or faulty parts are then replaced, and major scratches/blemished corrected and the products are reboxed (unless otherwise stated).
All products are then subject to a manufacturers warranty and, of course, our very own 10 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. All products that are described as above are in A1 condition and in full working order.
