R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (R-ALA/R-isomer) is the biologically active form of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA/RS-isomer) that has demonstrated to possess all beneficial properties for acting as a natural substrate in damaged cell metabolism and glucose disposing, while optimizing the actions of insulin.
