San Sesamin (60 Capsules)

Sesamin is a naturally occuring lignan found in sesame oil and seeds.

A lignan is broadly defined as an antioxidant that is present in unfiltered and unreifned seeds of seasame, pumpkin and flax seeds as well as many other functional foods. Besides being a strong antioxidant, sesame has shown great promise as a lipid oxidiser as well as to support overall kidney and liver health.

Directions

Take 1-2 soft gels up to three times daily with your meals, each time with at least 180 - 240ml of water. Depending on your goal and body fat percentage, use the smaller serving amount if you are already lean and muscular and the higher amount if your body fat levels exceed 15%.
