- Add two heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water
- Using a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds

I strongly recommend this product for the fact that it has both fast releasing and slow releasing amino acids which keeps your body from scavenging itself for protein.

As a competitive athlete, I can't rely on food alone to keep me lean and keep up with the demands of my body's need for Protein. GRS-5 from Sci-Mx has a mixture of both slowly absorbent and fast absorbing amino acids. This means my body is constantly getting nutrition. GRS 5 has helped me lose 3 stone from an athletic 100 kg body weight down to a super lean 79Kg while maintaining my 100kg strength totals. I highly recommend it. Wish one could get a price deal on it though as I go through the stuff quickly and it isn't long before I have to charge my account again.

All the ingredients are here for good reason, with no unnecessary stuff chucked in. Aminogen is the trump card here bringing this protein to the next level. After this shake I feel satisfied for long time and my muscles feel pumped during workouts.

Use this great all-in-one protein at any time of the day, I'ts superb for recovery and DOMS prevention, plus the taste is fantastic! What more could you ask for in a shake??

I have tried many proteins and this is the only one that does not give me digestion problems or leaves me feeling bloated.
Plus the results i'm seeing are far better than any others i have had. I would thoroughly recommend this to any one having problems with other proteins.
