Sci-MX Mass System is a high calorie, high carb version of the original Lean Grow MRF formulation, designed for use by those with a high training intensity (over 12 hours per week) or those wishing to gain muscle mass.
Consisting of Sci-MX original protein blend, Sci-Mx Mass System also offers high levels of BCCA's and glutamine, and 100 grams of carbohydrates per serving. I bought the SCI-MX Mass System because I want to gain bigger mass and then built muscle size! When I received the product I was surprised that it was just half full jar. I was thinking why to make so big jar if it is not fully filled up?!
It is saying that it contains 600 kcal in one serving which I guess should be one scoop of protein not 3 as it says on a jar. If I put 3 scoops of protein in my SCI-MX shaker then it's already taking 300 ml and other 400 ml are for water or milk. It doesn't mix well you have to stir it with spoon before mix so I found it hard to take it to the gym and mix it after training because I have to take spoon with me!
Taste is really great, in first time i did not liked it but now I love it! Maybe if I would use it as it says 3 scoop per serving I could see big changes on my body but for now nothing big has been changed!
