Sci-MX Omni-MX Hardcore (2030g)

Sorry first because my english is I think not so good because I am french. I've try so many kind of All-In-One protein ( Reflex hardcore and other brand marks) but this one is really effectiveness, very fast, it really help you to get some "Power" !!! Because you don't feel so tired and then you can push more heavy stuff and then you gain more muscle!!! It Work !!! For me it's the "BEST" !!!

On my second tub of this stuff and seems to be doing the trick. Tastes really good an no major problems with mixing, just add a bit more water if there is. On first impressions the product seems a little pricey but once you checked the ingredients out i think your getting what you pay for. Saw some good weight gains in first month but mainly due to creatine content i think. To be honest i have only been taking one serving first thing each morning, then half a serving before and another half serving after training. If you like the look of this product then i'd say go with your gut instinct and give it a try.

Used this product for about 2 months and its expensive as the recommended doses are high. You get a high protein content which I was surprised didn't have more effect with my size but I do have an intense metabolic rate! The taurine/caffeine in the product was great for pre work out doses but not so good if you're at a desk during the day as you get a proper buzz! I did put on lean muscle when combined with mixed weights and cardio training but was hoping for a bit more results with size and muscle size. The creatine really helped my max rep though. Chocolate tasted decent, less synthetic than most and mixed pretty well. The powder is very fine. Mixes quite thick with water and the suggested ratio.

This is a great product but be careful. Depending on the speed of your metabolism you might need to take this an hour or more before your workout, It says 45 mins on the tub but i ended up in the toilets hugging the bowl! not nice. It's fine to take straight after your workout but test it out for time before. Love the taste of this stuff though the chocolate is supreme and I can happily report great gains, so proceed with caution and this can be a real good product for you.

If your having trouble mixing put the water in first and it mixes a treat every time. If you want to treat yourself then mix with soya milk it's a little bit sweeter than cows milk and much tastier. I have noticed increases in my strength and stamina and I just feel generally more energized. The ingredients cover most angles so i can't complain at all. Good stuff get some in your shaker today.

I'm really enjoying the gains with this stuff but it seems to make me aggravated. A friend was experiencing similar effects and suggested i cut the dose in half which has worked a treat and has the added bonus of not having to get through 300gms of powder a day. Plus I'm still getting a great amount of extra nutrition and double the value for money.

Sound science behind the ingredient mix so no complaints there. The Servings are enormous but thats what I'd expect from a serious gainer. Been taking 2 a day for 2 weeks now and have gained 9 lbs pure muscle, fat content exactly the same as before!! Top draw mass gainer and I love the flavour.
