Great intra-workout drink

Although i'm not a fan of intra-workout drinks (stomach is sensitive due to high-intensity training (HIT)), XTEND is very lightweight on the stomach and can be sipped anytime, including during HIT. Not a fan of the apple flavor, otherwise great.

Tried both these and found that they help keep me fueled during a heavy session. I found that the Lemon and lime sour, mixed far easier and is the one I would use again.
