High grade maltodextrin provides glucose polymers which keep the energy high and the osmolality low - putting less pressure on the stomach. Fructose helps maximise energy delivery as it is absorbed using a different mechanism than glucose. Only natural flavours are used which give a clean refreshing taste.
Use before as an easy way to take on board low bulk carbohydrate for carbo-loading and boosting the carbohydrate in pre-exercise meals, use during as a power packed drink during exercise to energize your performance or use after exercise to re-fuel hungry muscles.

the best cycling carb product

I have been using this product for just over 6 mouths and this is the best carb product for cycling and mixed distance spots that I have found, it is fast and very good when you need the extra push up that big hill and this is the best place on the net to pick it up at a good price, I purchased the 1.6k size because this was the best value for money I hope this review helps

Can't fault the product, I've been using this for years, but hats off to Dolphin Fitness who are selling it cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Great value.

Been using this on all rides for the last 6 months.
Very palatable, easy on the stomach and best of all it works.
To test this I went out on my usual Sunday ride with just water in my bottles. About 2.5 hours in I could feel the energy had just drained from my body. Heavy legs and fatigued but still well hydrated.
Not exactly a scientific test but good enough for me, never go out without it and always carry spare pouches!
