As a dietary supplement for adults, nine (9) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Does Not Contain
Sugar, starch, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
