Tunturi motivation programs
These functions are intended to keep the training motivating and challenging. With Fit test the measurements and analyses are fully automated.
An indexing of the personal condition is calculated and rated with a number and a mark, for example “good” or “excellent”.
With the “Race” function you can make measurements against your own previous performances in order to raise the bar higher. In other words, a competitive race against previously achieved performances!
