Hydra Fuel is a scientifically formulated thirst quencher and fluid replacement sports drink designed to help you train and workout longer than if you drink water alone.

It promotes rapid fluid absorption, maximises rehydration and also provides energy to working muscles. Studies indicate that the 6% carbohydrate in Hydra Fuel is optimum for fluid replacement and energy during prolonged exercise. The combination of glucose and sodium has prove most effective for enhancing fluid absorption and preventing dehydration. For maximum effectiveness, the carbohydrate in Hydra Fuel is composed primarily of glucose polymers and glucose (5%) with small amounts of fructose (2%). This combination has been found best for rehydrating and replenishing muscle and liver glycogen stores. Hydra Fuel also helps replace important electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride) and minerals (chromium and phosphate) lost during intense training and competition. It also contains less sodium and more potassium than competitive fluid replacement beverages.
