Directions

Add 4 heaped scoops to 680ml of fat free milk and take 30-60 minutes after high intensity weight-training workouts for maximum growth and recovery. Mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice, serve immediately. If you wish to avoid milk, add 4 heaped scoops to 453ml of water.
