- For a 25g protein serving
- Add 1 heaped scoop to approximately 150ml of cold water
- For a 50g protein serving
- Add 2 heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water

On my second tub now, really noticed weight loss with the first lot, then switched to USN Pure Protein IGF-1 which was lame, didn't mix well at all, no improvements on strength.. so went back to the 100% whey. Strength wise, some improvements. Weight loss, not sure on this tub seems like a different batch. Mixability is still poor leaves clumps all around the lid so annoying when u open it up and it goes everywhere. I use this with the USN muscle Fuel Anabolic (which mixes great as they've made it thiner). To be honest there are probably better whey powders on the market but its finding whats right for you...

Overall a good source of protein. taste is good. no bloating or upset stomach. only had strawberry thou. only downside is mixability. compared to igf its not that good. will stay on it and try other flavours

Easy to mix taste could be better, I ordered the vanilla.
Maybe would try strawberry next time.

This has to be the best tasting protein drink out there. Vanilla is my favourite and its like drinking melted ice cream - yum! Excellent results too. I have one every morning and have shed fat and increased muscle.

I've tried a few protein powders and for taste, USN is by far the best. Vanilla or chocolate are the flavours to go for.

I just got myself a tub of this last week so too early to see results, but other that it tastes like water! Mixes really well but not so nice to drink!

Great stuff, I had been using Maximuscle but definitely prefer this, price, taste, etc. I am going to give other products in USN range a ago..
