Recommended Use
- Mix 1 slightly rounded scoop with 300-400ml cold water for a serving.
- For the first 5 days - take 3 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout.
- On non traing days, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 12 hours later.

As a trainee personal trainer I know that nutrition is just as important as lifting weights. Providing muscles with the right nutrients for growth is vital and Creatine is amongst those very important fuels.
For the past 4 years I have tried many different Creatine products ranging from low budget to hardcore, but nothing has ever come close to USN's Creatine Anabolic it is simply the best. After a few weeks of taking this you will notice results instantly. Repetitions will increase effortlessly and within no time you are ready to increase the weight load. I currently take the Tropical flavour. It doesn't taste that good but who cares as long as you're getting results!
Highly recommended 10/10!

I found USN's creatine anabolic very good. Its sheer increase in muscle strength over a short period of time and ability to help revcovery time make a huge difference. I was able to workout one day after another and not feel fatigued. You gain great explosive power which helps on those last few harder reps. All in all a great product.

I have tried both flavors and the tropical one is the best, the orange has a bit of an after taste (give orange flavor four stars). However the product gives you that little bit extra edge I was looking for. I will use this power again it is well worth the money.
No better than mono

This is okay - was a toss-up whether to give it 3 or 4 stars. Gave it 4 in the end as it works, but it's no better than cheaper mono I've used before.
Had me up 2 or 3 times in the night for a waz, which is a bit of a nuisance, but it did give me that extra oomph I wanted.
So, it's a balance, but I'd probably just buy mono next time unless this was on offer.

I have tried creatine in a number of forms without any success. I assumed I must be one of the alleged 25% who may not respond.
However, upon recommendation I tried this. For two weeks, nothing happened. Then suddenly things started changing. My bench jumped from 110Kg to 120Kg for 3 sets of 8. Then just a week later I benched a personal best of 140Kg for 4 reps. I feel stronger in every body part and the pumps are amazing - sometimes lasting several days.
Creatine Anabolic is not just a caffeine laden concoction, giving you a mental buzz and maybe a headache. It contains 3 different types of creatine and a delivery system, combined in a very pleasant drink.
I was a sceptic, believing that this product would do nothing for me. I was wrong, This stuff is amazing. I am now well into my 50s and lifting more weight that some of the supplement pumping youngsters in my gym.
