Love this product!! It's got a great taste, I have tried the chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. Its filling and had stopped me picking between Meals. Originally bought from a major high street Health shop, I searched for a cheaper supplier and found Dolphin Fitness who are fantastic.

I find the Diet Fuel is a great meal replacement. It tastes great and have lost a good deal of weight and size,which was the aim. I will continue to use the product as the nutritional content is excellent. Dolphin Fitness offers exceptional value and service. The price is unmatched and deliveries have always been on the day stated. I cannot fault the product or the company.

This product is excelent for someone on the go all the time, but I would like to see manufacturers fill up the tubs to 2kg so that we didnt have so many empty tubs to have to recycle.

I am a typical male, average size but overweight. Totally skeptical about these 'shakes' and 'meal replacements' (slim fast springs to mind!). I tried USN diet fuel after lots of comparing and visiting different sites reading reviews etc. My tub has lasted me 13 days, instead of a rounded scoop I use 2 level scoops. The first couple of days I had big tie hunger pangs, but now that my stomach is normal size and not enlarged due to gorging on bad foods, I can have 2 shakes and a balanced meal. I have no strict routine, I have 2 shakes one early in the day, the other after my workout. I try to eat any time in between that. The best part? My workout is 45 minutes to an hour (inc 25 mins of cardio), 2 days on one day off. I have lost 8 pounds in 13 days. Feel great, the shake really helps to make my muscle recovery overnight and I can feel my metabolism.
I had to write this review as I rely on reviews so much. I am your ordinary Joe who has ventured into the world of fitness. Oh and Dolphin fitness is the cheapest out there and delivery via fed ex is superb. Thanks and enjoy!!

Great meal replacement protein

I have been using Maximuscle Promax diet for a while and decided to switch and give this a go. I will never go back.
This is half the price and much better tasting, I have seen results as well losing 4lbs in the first week.
Very happy and will be continuing to use this from now on.

I have only been using DIET FUEL along with USN Xedra-Cut XT for 2 weeks and have yet to see any results what so ever. No change in weight, no weight loss, no body shape change and I have been working out 3-4 times a week. Yet to see any favourable results.

I was disappointed in this - large container which is only about 40% full. I was using it twice a day with two scoops each time and I got only 9/10 days out of it.
As for the Dolphin service - excellent - I ordered on a Monday and had the goods by Wednesday - delivered to Ireland from the UK. No hassle, no messing around nothing like that. Great Service! Would use them again.
