Recommended Use
- As a dietary supplement, add 3 scoops to 500-600ml of cold water.
- Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds.
- Have 1 to 2 servings daily (servings may be halved).
- Persons under 80 kg: Have 2 servings per day for the first 5 days and only 1 serving per day there-after.
- Persons over 80 kg: Have 2-3 servings per day for the first 5 days and 1-2 servings per day there-after.

Great product, been on this a while now and seen real results was 11st 8 now upto 12.6, one shake a day after a gym session works well for me with a varied diet.

Having previously used maximuscle cyclone I switched to USN, I have been amazingly impressed with the results as they are comparable with cyclone. It states to put 3 scoops in each shake but that is excessive and 2 scoops are sufficient. It doesn't mix too bad but isn't perfect, and the taste is good especially the vanilla. Overall a great product.

Being taking for a month. Already seen the benefits. Take in twice a day. Mixes quite well after giving it a good shake in shaker. Would rcommend to anybody who wants to put lean mass on.

This is the best protein i ever seen. The price is affordable, taste (specially chocolate flavour) is very nice. I always use for build muscle cycle very effective and better than weight gainers, with less sugar and less carbohydrate.

Gone through 1 tub of this just ordered another. Have noticed increase in both strength and muscle with gradual increase in weight. Went from 73 to 78 kg. Serving size is 3 scoops twice a day but 2 scoops works better for me as is easier to mix.

If you're a hard gainer, supplementing 2-3 shakes of this to you're diet (which should already be full of protein and whole-grains) will help you get some good growth going. Great for recovery and good lean size added with this all in one. If you like to buy All-in-one formulas I reccomend this for results, value and mixability/taste!
