Recommended Use
- Add two heaped scoops to 300 - 350ml of cold water in a hand held shaker and shake for 30 seconds
- Allow to settle for around 45 seconds before drinking.
- Have 2-3 servings daily

this works better as a morning protein or snack replacement rather than after a workout because its a blend of proteins rather than pure whey. Mixes easily, tastes great!

I have been using this Pure Protein with my family since two weeks ago. We are very happy about the taste and the mixability. All of us seem to be doing well. Overall rating is five. We all love it.

I've tried better products, I've never been a fan of the "all in one" shakes. I tried the chocolate taste and it's just decent. If you are eating a lot for gain weight avoid it because after a shake of this you will feel so full.

Back taking protein shakes

It has been a while since I have drank protein shakes, but now back in the gym I need that extra boost. I do a lot of weight training so need that extra protein. This is a tasty shake which can be mixed well with water. I always found it hard with others and had to use milk but USN works well and creates a good shake. It has helped me recover somewhat and will continue to use this as it does taste good and value for money helps too!
