I was told to use this by a friend who studied Sports Science and I have to admit it works. It's got a low fat content and doesn't leave me bloated or gassy.

You cannot go wrong with strawberry, chocolate or vanilla. Satisfies hunger and extremely low in carbs

I take this twice on work-out days and once on non-workout days before bedtime. I have really noticed a change in my lean muscle gains and will continue to take this as the vanilla and chocolate flavs are great tasting and the mixability is fantastic. I am waiting to try the other flavs too. Overall best protein I've had compared with reflex and phd (imo)

I've been using Syntha-6 for a while but was looking for something similar with fewer carbs. This stuff is perfect - tastes pretty good, quality protein and with the added bonus of a full vitamin supplement. Will definitely be using this again and again.

Lovely tasting protein. very morish. only tried chocolate thou. nice alternative to 100% whey and mixes very well. reading ingredients shows the value for money especially getting 39 servings aswell.
