Very well designed shaker. the only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is the fact that the closer on top can be annoying. It flicks backs and hits you whilst your drinking and so you have to hold it with your other hand.

Mix your shake properly

The shaker is clearly marked on the side which makes getting the right mix proportions very easy. The small square mesh insert ensures that the lumps are broken up and the powder mixes properly. Definitely worth a try if you haven't got a blender handy.
