Triple action comprises of cycle action, upper body rotation/ro-action and cycle combined with upper body action. The handlebars can be quickly disconnected and fixed if the rowing action is not required.
Combined tape and air-fan cycling resistance with micro adjuster gives a smoother cycling action. Large height adjustable P.U. padded saddle and self balancing pedals.
