Tastes nice enough, if not a little bit too sweet (can definitely taste the sweetners in there!). Mixes well enough also, although it goes from 400ml to filling my shaker with froth. Never known any other shake to produce so much froth! It does settle down - until you shake it up again. As for results, can't really comment on that at the moment due to injury.
Overall, worth a try for tenner :)

Only used it in a tropical shake so far but the flavour it gives is intense!! By far the best powder i've used in smoothie/shake!!
No doubt the taste will be just as good with water/milk
Pros: Great tasting, mixes EASILY
Con: finding the english print on the back!! a little pricey
