Solid, but a bit of a faff.

This bench really does represent excellent value for money. It's far more solid and stable than many of the more expensive benches I've used and is really flexible. The flexibility comes at a bit of a price, as it can take a bit of getting used to when it comes to changing all the pins around. It's not too bad once you get used to it, and only really becomes an issue if you're changing to a position where all four pins need moving. Moving from flat to incline or decline is pretty quick as you only need to shift a couple of pins. The upholstery and foam pads are very comfortable to. Overall, there's little bad to say about it - if you're thinking about it, get one. You won't be disappointed.
