Cast Iron Barbell and Dumbbell Set are a good value for money, no-frills, cast iron weight set for light to medium home use. This 50kg set includes two dumbbells and a barbell for more variety in your home workout.
The weights are industry standard, cast iron black discs with chrome spinlock bars to mount the weights on. It contains a number of weights allowing you to vary your workout as you need. The bars' metal handles have a non-slip finish, and spinlock collars to secure the weights.
The set contains: 6 x 0.5kg discs, 6 x 1.25kg discs, 4 x 2.5kg discs, 4 x 5kg discs, 6 x Spinlock collars, 2 x 14 inch chrome spinlock bars for barbell exercises, 1 x 60' one piece spinlock bar for barbell exercises. The cast iron discs are interchangeable between the short and long bars.
Total weight includes the collars and bars.
