This bench from York is part of the Diamond Range and has been specially designed with the upright spotter catchers closer together for different lifting styles. The position of the catchers means that it is possible to lift the bar from outside the upright columns for a stable grip.
The bench also has a smaller footprint than much larger wider benches so doesn’t take up quite as much space in a room. This bench also has it has an inbuilt folding mechanism to further reduce the floor space taken up by the bench.
The Diamond Narrow Stance Bench has a good range of press positions with angles from -15° to +85° to give you a comprehensive workout. The unique front leg assembly enables easy access to the seat during incline for unrestricted exercise.
The dynamic styling utilizes flat, oval and large radius tubing for strength and stability. The Diamond Range of benches from York are some of the most comfortable to use as they have a thick layer of padding on the backrest and seat with integrated lumber support for added back support when lifting.

Easy to assemble, easy to use and very stable allowing squats to be done with the tall uprights. An excellent product that allows all compound exercises to be done with heavy weights while taking up a small space.

High quality, very sturdy. The only problem is that the bard holders go exactly where I would like to put my hands on the bar. Go for the Olympic stance version if you have room.
