This is the pinnacle of the all new Diamond Range from York Fitness. This Olympic Bench features many of the standard features you would expect to find on an Olympic Bench with some additional modern flourishes which set it apart from the pack.

The unique incline action provides unobstructed entry to the seat when in the upright position. Unlike many other similar benches this one has a folding frame mechanism which reduces the footprint of it when not in use saving on vital floor space.

The Diamond Olympic Bench has a good range of press positions with angles from -15° to +85° to give you a comprehensive workout in decline, flat and inclined positions. It also comes with the option of adding a leg developer station and preacher curl pad to expand your weight training options on this bench.

The dynamic styling utilizes flat, oval and large radius tubing for strength and stability. The Diamond Range of benches from York are some of the most comfortable to use as they have a thick layer of padding on the backrest and seat with integrated lumber support for added back support when lifting.
