Bought this gym for my son (and family) for christmas so won't be used in fully till Dec 25th. Assembly is fun providing you like simple challanges. Around 5 hours in total. all assembly tools provided. there are no spare nuts, bolts or washers so you know if you go wrong. Manual could be better and you have to guess where some parts go but it all becomes obvious in the end. If you like tinkering with spanners you will find building a joy. i have tried the gym on low and high weights and it is stable enough and smooth above 10 kg. below 10 kg the weight feel a little bumpy on return but i am guessing they will bed in with some use and this will get better. The gym looks good and quite professional once built. I would recommend the gym at a reasonable price but not sure i would pay full RRP. You will need to sit out a little for pulling down top bar as it catches the large sponges on side arms. 100kg stack is more than enough for general family use. overall a very good buy
