York International Hard Chrome Bar 5ft (30mm)
The York Chrome Olympic Bars have superior cross hatch knurling, 30mm/ 32mm diameter grip, this allows exercises such as dead-lifts, bench press and squats to be performed with a greater weight and improved grip, compared to the other bars.
York applied its signature "split sleeve" design to each bar which replaces the outmoded bolt and sleeve assembly. This means the sleeve assembly will not loosen or detach.
This bar is NOT Full Commercial Graded and therefore is not warranted for such environments.
