- very grip on my wooden floor
- efficiently absord noise from exercise equipment
- efficiently make the exercise equipment stable and grip on the mat
- the thick of the mat is very suitable for meduim size equipment
- high grade material and looks genuine
I've bought this mat together with York C102 Exercise Bike. My floor is wood and my house is on upstair. It did not make any noticable noise when I running on the bike. Even my wife also feel comfortable to watch television beside this bike while I using it.
