These work great, but the handles could be a little longer, so they could be used one at a time.

A simple yet effective product which improves upon the basic 'Push Ups' technique by simply increasing the distance between the body and ground. The fuller range of movement gained allows for a better 'pump' of the Pecs.
Highly recommended.
