The height of the footrests is fully adjustable as are the straps which secure your feet to the plates. The R301 Features a comfortable moulded seat and smooth roller bearing action. It also comes with a built in wireless heart rate receiver to track your pulse as you train.
The R301 Rower has a clever space saving folding frame which means it can be folded up when not in use to reduce the floor space it takes up. feels like a concept 2

i wanted a concept 2 rower but didn't want to pay £1000 for one so i took a gamble and bought this it feels just the same as a concept 2 rower but it doesn't seem to be built as well as one but its built well enought to last a long time.
