I bought a couple of these and they turned out to be top quality plates. They are more expensive then others but this is justified given their buld quility. One thing I like is the steel centre hub which means they seem to glide onto and off my olympic bars much smoother than my other metal plates. The holes across the face of the plates are big and this is really good as it allows you to grip the plate a number of ways so you can do exercises such as crunches and shoulder raises just by holding onto the plate. Being rubber I can lean them against my equipment and they wont scratch or damage my carpet in any way like my metal ones have.
They also look great too...
