Bike great ... Delivery not so good

Bike is now working great, but when we took it out of the bashed box discovered a "spare" screw at the bottom box... Subsequently discovered spin wheel was out of alignment and chain was off. Not a good start as a first time customer, but managed to fix thankfully.
