These work very well. I wanted an alternative to spinlock collars for quick weight changes on my 1" bar. They're robust enough to cope with stuff like cleans, even if they're securing a lot of weight near the end of the bar; and allow a little plate rotation if you want, which is great. Fantastic value from Dolphin.

I regret buying this product. I'm just a beginner and it's too stiff for me. I have difficulty moving it across the bar.
