The tablets seem to do the job they advertise but taking 6 per day is a lot especially when you consider the size of these tablets.
If you are good at taking big tablets then I would recommend but if you can't stomach then then stay far away

probably the best multi out. its got good forms of vitamins PLUS it has a solid joint/flex complex and digestion formula that alone make it worth the price. I like that its dye free.

I have been using this for a number of years now and it is as good today as when I first started using it. Overall you feel much healthier and if you suffer like I do with IBS this sorts it out for you. After taking something like this it usually stops working after a while but I can honestly say I will continue purchasing this as it works. Very happy

Have been using this product for ~1.5yrs with good results. Vitamin content is perhaps overkill (vitamin B12 is @ 10,000%RDA!) but taken as recommended (3 tablets twice per day) will flood your body with all the vitamins you need to support a rigorous training regimen. The included joint support matrix means my joints don't feel crunchy in the slightest - they feel supple and strong, very good as my style of training is quite full on (heavy weights endurance/conditioning).

Head and shoulders above the rest, without the fuss of having to take 11 vits for each half serving or the 22 vits for the recommended 1 serving taken twice daily. They are what they show and I've never had a faulty bottle yet. Get with the times and leave the out dated behind. With its added joint complex it can't be beaten even by the so called animal pak. UNBEATABLE!! and I train daily and hard!!
