I always used to carry these on long cycle trips and for hill walking. Nowadays we buy these by the box load for our daughter who has developed Type 1 diabetes. Although usually in control of her blood sugar levels it can be quite easy to get caught out and start going 'hypo'. Orange flavour is favourite with our daughter and one of our dogs does his level best to get at these if left in coat pockets or bags. This is a good product and delivers the glucose quickly when needed. Dolphin Fitness sell them at a very competitive price and have real flexibility in delivery choices.

I have bought these for my grandchildren who both do gymnastics as I used to have Glucose as a youth when I used to cycle race and it was a very good suppliment which we did not know much about in those days

I am diabetic and use these to treat low blood sugar. They work great. This is the cheapest I have found any hypo treatment.

THESE WERE PURCHASED FOR THERE HIGH SUGAR CONTENT AND TAKEN BY MY WIFE WHEN HAVING A HYPO [LACK OF SUGAR IN THE BODY] THIS HAPPENS AFTER SHE HAD MAJOR CANCER SURGERY. THESE DEXTRO WERE RECOMENDED BY THE MEDICAL SUPPORT TEAM KNOWING THAT HYPOS WOULD OCCOUR AFTER THE OPP.
THEY WORK FAST AND ARE EFFECTIVE BRINGING THE SUGAR LEVEL BACK UP VERY QUICKLY I PURCHASED THEM FROM DOLPHIN FITNESS AS THERES WAS THE BEST PRICE AVAILABLE. DELIVERY WAS FAST AND THE THEY GAVE AN EXCELLANT SERVICE.
