Recommended Use
- 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Soaps are good for washing body, hands & more.
- For facial packs, scalp & soothing body rub, add a dash onto a bath towel in a sink of hot water. Wring out. Lay over face & scalp. Massage with finger-tips.
- Repeat 3 or 4 times ’til arms, legs & all are rubbed, always towards the heart.
- Rinse towel in plain hot water and massage again. Breathe deeply!

I will always use this soap. Since discovering it, I always have it at home now. So mild and doesn't cause any irritation. No horrible artificial smell as is the case with so many mainstream store bought body washes. Love love it.

I use this unperfumed liquid cleanser as a facewash, handwash (diluted with water) and shower gel (good on a scrubber) and find it is very gentle and does not dry my skin

I have extensive skin allergies and this is the only product that I have found (and I have tried many!) that doesn't cause me any problems whatsoever. It is mild enough to use everyday and gets hair squeaky clean. We also use it diluted as hand wash and it is great for removing stains that other things don't. Wouldn't be without it!

I have eczema and very sensitive skin - I wouldn't be without this product and have been using it for over a year now. It's great as laundry liquid (about 60 ml for a batch of machine washing), hand washing or in the shower. I also use the lavender one for washing clothes. One of very few products that doesn't irritate my skin.

This is a really good all natural soap based product which can be used to make several other skincare products, sort of as a base. It needs to be further diluted before it can be used further. Great price and good service from Dolphin Fitness too!

I REALLY do suffer with skin allergies, & have been hospitalised many times through them...So finding this product was a blessing for me,
I have not had any problems with it, at all. This is from a woman who is allergic to anything and everything, including Aloe Vera.I also use it in my washing machine, along with so many other things.
