I have suffered a lot of cystitis, and was advised to try Bio Kult. It has made a lot of difference and I have far fewer bouts of cystitis now that I take the capsules regularly.

I have used these capsules for a couple of years now. I had previously suffered from a very slow bowel and some bloating; some research led me to try bio-cultures to improve matters. I find taking a couple of these a day and following a balanced diet keeps everything more comfortable. These capsules don't require refrigeration- hurrah! Sadly I've only just realised that Dolphin Fitness stocks these - previously I have paid more through my local health foods store. Dolphin Fitness are superb for value and give great service - items sent quickly and appropriately packaged. Thank you Dolphin Fitness!

I bought this after recommendation from a friend and although it is early days yet, I am pleased with the results. I have had a lot less bloating and my digestive system seems a lot more settled.

These pills did nothing. Upon further research it would seem that the reason for this is because they are not "enteric coated" capsules! Buy cheap buy twice....

These BioKult probiotics have been life changing.
They contain far more strains of bacteria than most other products and no need to keep them in the fridge!
I no longer suffer from indigestion and feel much better since taking them.

Using Bio-Kult for a few days now and already noticing more energy and mental alertness. I find it works best for me taken about 30mins before a meal. Bought the small box as a trial and will now be purchasing the larger box. Dolphin Fitness has the best online prices and a superb delivery service!

I was at the end of my tether with irritable bowel, my symptoms were daily bouts of diarrhea, so much so that "normal" days were very, very few and far between. I had reached the stage where any trips out became a nightmare because, unless I was close to a loo, I felt too afraid to trust my own body! On days out I had to take Imodium type tablets to make sure I would cope. I first read about Bio Kult in my Women's Health magazine and realised that the probiotics I used were ineffectual so I bought Bio Kult (from Boots to begin with). The results were amazing! Now I am completely normal! I have very, very occasional bouts, usually a result of something I have eaten. Otherwise my gut flora seems to be perfectly fine again. I can't believe that after years of misery and all the prescription medication from my doctor (which was ineffectual), that Bio Kult has cured me! The best price I have found for Bio Kult is @ Dolphin-Boots price was extortionate! I have converted friends and family to Bio Kult and highly recommend this product.

I was advised to take Bio Kult for a possible leaky gut. I haven't noticed a dramatic difference, but I think there is some improvement.

This product has helped me immensely, through the stressful 1st year of my first child's life - with the help of this probiotic I got over thrush, increased my immunity, improved my digestion and helped my baby's health too (breastmilk contains many types of healthy bacteria important for a child's immunity, which is interlinked with digestive health amongst other things). I have tried several other popular brands of probiotic but this is certainly the best as I've had consistent benefits every time with no side-effects like constipation or gas when eating sugar.
