Now I'll preface this by saying I've only been taking these for two weeks or so. That said I've certainly noticed that I 'feel' bigger and seem to have more energy towards the latter half of my sets.

I've taken basic mono hydrate for a while with no noticeable effects. However with one capsule when I wake up, one pre, and one post workout I can say with certainty that I can feel the effect of the EFX product.

I'd recommend trying it out and judging the effects for yourself.

I use this creatine over all other creatine products as it does not give me gut ache and it works I usually put on 4-6lb in 4 weeks and it helps get out those extra reps good increase in strength.

Really helps with training on a down side other KRE_Alkalyn products say take everyday but these only on training days

Having used these before, I decided to use them again a year later as the results were very good. Training improved, strength improved and my size increased.

You can push yourself more without the fatigue after your workout at the gym.

Excellent product, noticed an increase in my strength as soon as I started taking them.

However I have suffered with waterworks problems in the past and unfortunately these really affected me, due to the nature of creatine and how it dehydrates you; I ended up with a particularly bad UTI ...... Gutted.

Tempted to give them another go but drink a lot more water 4L plus a day

Real plus factor because no loading is required, no side effects and if taken about an hour before your workout you really feel a kick when you get warm and your pushing for more. Excellent price and delivery too.

I've been using kre alkalyn for some time now and I honestly dont feel the same without it, the days i dont take it i feel much smaller and not so full - it's hard to say whether i've made some increases in areas as i'm currently on a range of supplements and my nutrition is at a high standard however I wouldn't choose to take these out my daily intake, i'll definitely continue using these and I recommend anyone else to as well.

This product works better than any creatine I have used in the past. You certainly feel it kick in and enhance performance. No looking back for me!

Only been taking it for a week, not really noticed much difference as yet. I'm over 175lb and taking a serving before and after workout. Hopefully will see some difference soon.

The great difference from the other creatine products I have used is that my body seems to avoid excess fluid retention .

Ive used kre alakyln before when i first started training and loved them then. But back the bout 4 or 5 years ago i was just a skinny teenager who thought i was hee-man because i could bench 50 kg. haha. Didint use the supplement again til now. Just finished my workout and its the second day taking them. I take 2, half an hour before my workout with half a scoop of warrior rage pre-workout. And my god!!! The pump i get is just unreal and that is not exaggerated. It is actually unreal!!!! When i was taking warrior rage by its self the past few months i would take 2 scoops and not get anywhere near the same effect as what am getting now with taking 2 of these purple pills with half a scoop. Cant say anything about any gains yet because its only my second day. But honest if you want pump, Energy, Focus and swelling muscles. This is the product for you!!! 10/10

Highly effective creatine supplement, i noticed a difference after my second work out using these! Definitely increased my strength and my ability to work out longer and more intensive, i am using it in combination with reflex bcaa's, and glutamine in my post work out shake. Highly recommend this product!!!

Have been using this for just under a month and have noticed good strength and general size gains, no kidney pain and only have to take on training days. Definately recommend as its cheap too. Only downsides is having to remember all the time to take the pills but its not too much hassle.

After one week I can say that there is a big difference in my performance in the gym. have more power and have a feeling that I am able to lift heavier weights. I also observed that my metabolism after using EFX Kre_Alkaly EFX is better

started using this 18 months ago when i decided to seriously diet to lose some body weight and get as lean as possible instead of staying heavy. i went from 15 1/2stone to 13 1/2 stone, and while i haven't got any stronger, i can still bench 140kg - so in the scheme of things it has helped as i would have expected to lose a lot of strength with becoming lighter.

Good product . Saw increase in strength and size after two weeks taking it . Whats said on the tub is true; I had no side effects of it recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a quality creatine
