Recommended Use

I was not sure what to expect, but I found a superior taste that I could drink for fun any day. Instantly mixing with even cold water and The muscle boost is overpowering, it was like a nitro boost. I will be buying a lot more of these!

Only been using it a week but satisfied so far. Does cause a little bit of an upset tummy so be careful with that. Going to work my way through tubs then see the final results. I don't think taste matters that much as long as the product works, but there is a slightly 'chemically' aftertaste on the citrus one I've got, it's not 'delicious' as some reviews claim. Would give it 4.5/5 but not an option, so I'll go with 4. Give it go.

If you workout 4-6 times a week... Does exactly what it says on the pack, I've been using it for 3weeks now, the pump and gains are noticeable without a doubt.

As i'm low on calories I need a little Strength booster to help with weight training. It has worked from day one.feel stronger and recover more quickly. .cherry limeade tastes very good.
