I have been cycling this product with gold standard whey and Optimen from the notorious Optmium nutrition brand. I found this works very well and have seen some serious gains in strength and lean muscle, I tried this product a few times before hand and would recommend it to whoever is looking for creatine with no loading phase and quick results(with a balanced diet and lifestyle)
Definitely well worth the money and will continue to use for the forseable future :)

This product is really good. I took it for 2 weeks and noticed a massive difference. Best bit is no loading or cycling needed with this product, would highly recommend to anyone.

I have used E2 now for many years on and off, I have found great results with it. I know people who have been put off creatine, my knowledge is not huge but through experience I think it is because people do not increase their water intake enough. When using E2 I aim to always consume at least 4 litres a day. Hopefully this helps people as it did me, and would definitely recommend this product.

Works immediately and well. Great results with no negatives. Just keept drinking water and i had no effects on my skin unlike when using mono-hydrate which always seems to bring me out in spots. Will continue to use and recommend.
