Fish4Ever Scottish Mackerel is fished by the MSC/ex MSC fleet in the Atlantic sea in a fairly wide area North of Scotland, following the mackerel migration. This mackerel is fished and then immediately packed in Scotland, with only the addition of local, fresh spring water.
Mackerel has the highest quantity of heart-healthy omega 3 and omega 6 than any other fish. This oily fish is highly recommended for a healthy diet, as it is rich in essential oils, minerals and vitamins, with the vitamins including A, B6, B12, C, D, E & K.
