Liquid Grip is a water based hydrocellulose thickener that allows for rosin and chalk to mix in a suspension formula.

- How long does it last?
- A small amount goes a long way! Typically the sodium potassium will break down the all natural ingredients within 90 minutes.
- How do you wash it off?
- Simple, just wash your hands with warm water and soap.

Liquid Grip Application
- 1) Apply a dime sized drop of Liquid Grip into the palm of your hands. When using the pump, 1 to 3 pumps is sufficient.
- 2) Evenly coat fingers and palms for 3 to 5 seconds and allow to dry (Do not rub like lotion).

I recently purchased the 45ml liquid grip. I found this product absolutely terrible compared to other similar priced liquid chalks. For anyone who is a serious lifter and depends on grip enhancing products, it is shameful. It requires a lot of chalk on the hands and rubs off after only a few sets on the bar which leads to detrimental performance. I will not be purchasing this product again.

You like liqid chalk (which I expected this to be like), this does not leave a mess on everything you touch - including cloths!
What it does is very effectively prevent your palms from sweating and improves grip.
Need to ensure it is fully dried before you start training though!
Also has an amazing coconut smell!!!!
