The protein requirements of athletes is approximately 1.2-1.8 g/kg body weight, compared with 0.8-0.9 g/kg body weight for less active individuals. For heavy athletes this extra requirement is especially important. Muscle mass is increased by the rate of anabolism (growth) and decreasd by the rate of catabolism (breakdown) during exercise.
Whey protein is absorbed quickly, having a very high biological value and an anabolic effect that lasts a couple of hours. Micellar Casein is absorbed much more slowly. It has therefore been recommended to take whey protein isolate in the morning, and Micellar Casein (but not any denatured casein) last thing at night. So Nutrisport 90+ provides the best of both for muscle growth at any time of the day or night. NutriSport recommend two servings per day, providing over 90g of high quality protein.

Chocolate being one of my favourite flavours of the 90+ line. It mixes well when doing shakes to even cooking or baking random sweets.
Protein per scoop is pretty good and at this price I definitely do not mind buying again!

Pretty good tasting shake (choc version) and mixes really well. If the taste doesn't agree with you, just reduce the water and make up the difference with milk. Too early for me to comment on results though as only been using for a week or so.

Having heard good things about 90+ I didnt realise that there was a big difference in the ingredients compared to the old formula. Saying that, the taste was a lot better than I expected from reading reviews on amazon. I had banana which was very drinkable with water or milk. It mixed pretty good in a shaker too with minimal clumps.

Nutrisport have ruined 90+, less protein per 100 grams cheaper protein sources and an amazing increase in the sodium content. Sorry Nutrisport, I have been a very satisfied user of 90+ for 2 years but I will not buy this new formula again.This used to be a 5 star product but no more.

The product is amazing and despite all reviews contrast, it will mix perfectly if you stir it up a bit longer. The consistency is one of the best that i have faced; it resembles a thick creamy milkshake when used with minimum amount of liquid. I usually eat it with one bar of oatibix crumbled in a bowl and a dash of milk as an evening treat along with a banana. I highly recommend it and i would definitely buy again. The vanilla flavour is fantastic.
