Thought this might be a cheap alternative to the Reflex Micro Whey I usually buy, but it is exactly that, cheap. The more expensive Whey Isolate products are expensive for a reason, you can taste the difference. I found this heavy and difficult to digest, and although it says it has no soy in the product it did taste like it had.

In terms of value for money Nutrisports 5KG tubs of isolate whey and 90+ cant be beaten. I have used several tubs of 90+ and this is my first tub of isolate. I have noticed a few complain about taste but I honestly dont think they are that bad, the choc 90+ and strawberry isolate are fine and mix well. Most importantly the protein in these supps is of a good quality and the tub seems to last forever even when having a couple shakes per day.

Excellent product as good as they come guys, forget the branding of products read the label, this is a cross flow micro filtered whey protein with 86% protein content, CFM is the best way to filter protein and leaves the protein undentured and in tact,
dont waste your money on the others most of which wont state how there protein is filtered, bottom line is they would state it if it was CFM

I chose the banana flavour. Big mistake. It tastes like nothing I have ever tasted. It has a metallic flavour. It doesn't mix well in milk or water and has a grainy texture.
But when all is said and done its around £50 for 5kg. If you get over the flavour and texture it does the job. If you want good taste and mixability then you need to pay for it.

I was on mass attack evo and decided to try this powder because it has virtually no fat. I bought x 2 5kg tubs, I'm trying to sell one now as the taste is just so bad, I have to hold my nose when I drink it - I found mixing less water than suggested makes it much thicker and easier to get down quicker. Based on this I will return to the mass attack ASAP as they actually taste really nice!
P.S. I have an amazing taste so maybe it is very much heightened when I drink it but try and sample it before you buy, it really shocked me as to how bad it actually was!
