This is a good product and I use it to give me some energy when I need it. It does not give me a big burst of energy, it's good enough for what I do and I do not get jittery or have stomach problems and there is no come down at all. It's almost as if you don't really notice it kicking in but it does work and I even use half a serving size at times when I am not training but need a little extra energy.

I used amino energy during workout it helped me train 4 longer and kept the pump after too. It's really good product. Prefer it to just bcaa.

Very good product, aminos with a pre workout hit, gives good focus with out the "twisted" feeling.

Tastes good, improves focus and energy helped me push out a few extra reps each set, very happy with it would recommend if you need a small boost and will be purchasing again and from dolphin, really helpful and good service.

This is very nice. Tastes good, much better than the fruit punch version. It is quite heavily sweetened though so you don't need as much as they suggest.

Well what can i say, this stuff is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnsons pre work out of choice and you can see why!! Used this for years, the only shake that keeps me going all day as i have a very demanding heavy job then it also gives me a massive boost when it comes to hitting the weights.

You cannot go wrong with this stuff

This stuff is amazing it does what you want and so much more. I should have shares in this company because of the amount I spend on this product. Shame they don't do bigger tubs as they only last 2 weeks if you are hitting it hard.

This is my favorite supplement to take, the flavors are so delicious (Fruit Fusion/Watermelon are my fav's) and it gives me unbelievable focus and energy. Really recommend this product to anyone who lifts. Mmmmm dem amines...

Love the flavour of this product and it 'does what it says on the tin'...gives you energy. You don't appear to get the same 'crash' as you do with some others

I bought this stuff after a friend recommended it, its a really nice flavor. I use it to get that little bit of extra energy during my workout. It's packed with amino acids like BCAA's which I have found are really useful to stop muscle depletion during long bursts of cardio and you won't find it any cheaper anywhere else!

The stuff inside this box really works. Can feel the difference. I take normally 20-30 minutes before my workout for extra kick. For first time users avoid using it in evening times, presence of caffeine does not allow you to sleep early.
Try orange flavour.

Generally use this as an energy boost before my fasted cardio and I love it!! Much prefer it to some of the others that leave you feeling shaky cause they're packed full of caffeine. Haven't tried any other flavours but this one is great. Not too sweet and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste.

If I could pick one supp to have for the rest of my life and that was it, it would be this one. Always feel nostalgic when I smell and drink it. There are better amino drink in terms of bcaa and stuff, but this is just the best ALL in ONE amino drink around. Great for pre, intra and post workout as well as any time of the day (except night due of the caffiene).

Not really a fan of pre workouts, but after reading up on AE I heard it wasn't as strong as most (that is depending on the serving size). For me it was ideal because I like energy drinks for the boost and i needed some new aminos so two scoops of this before work & the gym worked perfect!
Apparently as a 'real' pre workout you can take up to 6 scoops but I haven't needed that yet.
Flavour wise I would recommend the blue raspberry - it's a lovely sweet and sour taste.

The best tasting pre-workout I've ever used. I use this in the morning too for a few BCAAs, and it's great for fasting as well as pre-workout. Quite high caffeine content though so beware if you're sensitive.

I'm new to this product and so far so good, mixes well, taste is good and gives a mild boost with 2 scoops, i like it and will try another flavor when i run out of this one.
