I did a lot of research on Creatine products before buying this one. I think that this is the best quality creatine product you can buy. I take 4 capsules (5g total) 30 mins before a workout and really notice the difference in terms of strength during the workout and I'm pretty sure they also help to reduce muscle soreness afterwards.
