I used Scitec bcaa for about a year and thought I need to change and after some research and good reviews I found Reflex. Very pleased with it, gives a kick when consumed before workout, mixes well, flavour is nice, not overpowering.
Very happy with it and going to continue using.
I use it together with Reflex L Glutamine powder and Reflex creatine. Works well together.

Fruit punch a pretty decent taste. Mix with your favourite go juice and drink during your workout. I feel like this is going to give me good results.

Dissolves well but an awful chalky taste (fruit punch flavour). I could probably put up with it as a pre-workout drink to be chugged down as quickly as possible but it simply doesn't work as a drink to be sipped thoughout a workout.
Rest of the tub binned and I'm going back to taking BCAAs in pill form.

Another quality product from reflex nutrition
I got fruit punch flavour tastes great I mix in a big 1.5 litre bottle of water and sip throughout the workout
The result: it encourages me to drink more liquid, im ingesting a good dose BCAA and recovering much quicker and feeling a lot less sore
