Been using these for about 6-8 months now. I've felt more confident in the gym using larger weights, better explosive power, gained semi decent amount of muscle weight and they are helping me perform for longer. Decent prices as well.

I thought I would try these tablets because its the first time trying creatine and seemed a good deal for the price and amount.
I definitely felt strength gains after about a week of taking them, and also got a huge pump on a session when I got back on them, after a few days off from taking them.
I would recommend these to people who have never taken creatine before.
